Vista RC1 online

I've recently finished upgrading my Vista Beta 2 to RC1 (Build 5728) on my Gateway laptop. I must say that the install is MUCH faster in these Release Candidate releases and everything seems to work as expected. I have figured out that, for whatever reason, RC1 with the updated Broadcom wireless adapter drivers (available during Windows Update) does not like it when my wireless router runs in mixed mode (allowing B and G connections). It took me a while to figure this all out, but all seems well now that I have it in G-only.

Dual monitors FTW

Thanks to a good friend providing me with a nice 17" NEC LCD, I'm now running dual monitors at home. Now that I'm working from home so much, this is turning out GREAT! It really makes it hard to drive to the office and use the 19" CRT that they've provided for me. So much space to work with!
